Catholic Religious Education Coordinator **AMENDED**

The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469026Q0022, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using RFO Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, for the Catholic Religious Education Coordinator requirement. See the attached Performance Work Statement for more information.

This will be 100% Small Business set aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611710 with a size standard of $24,000,000.00. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this solicitation notice is the Standard Form 1449 and Performance Work Statement for this requirement.

All questions and comments regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to adriana.pingel.1@us.af.mil no later than 18 May 2026 by 1:00pm MDT. Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line: “FA469026Q0022 – Solicitation Questions – Catholic Religious Education Coordinator”. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov.

All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted no later than 21 May 2026 by 1:00pm MDT to adriana.pingel.1@us.af.mil.

Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement.
