Ellsworth AFB - Notice of Intent to Sole Source Water Testing

The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement with Mid Continent Testing Labs, Inc. The vendor must be a local vendor (within the Rapid City area) to avoid contamination/false positives of testing samples to ensure accurate results of sample testing while providing full control of the samples. Additionally they must comply with South Dakota Department of Energy and Natural Resources (SD DENR) requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to the identified points of contacts in this posting, which shall be considered.
