Intent to Award Sole Source: CATM TRS

This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under FAR part 12, “Simplified Procedures” and FAR 6.103-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.. This requirement is for the repair of a Touch Plus target retrieval system (TRS) manufactured and maintained by Action Target Inc. (ATI).

NAICS Code is:

811310 - Commercial/Industrial Machinery/Equip Repair/Maintenance Pursuant to FAR 6.103-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”, the 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD, intends to award a sole source contract to Action Target Inc., 3411 S Mountain Vista Pkwy, Provo, Utah, 84606-5563. This special notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
