Carpet and Flooring Replacement - Ellsworth AFB (Re-Solicitation)

This solictation has been amended to extend the response due date from 24 September 2024 to 25 September 2024, as well as, include "Attach 3 - RFIs" and "Attach 4 - Furniture Photos".

AMENDMENT NOTICE

This solictation has been amended to extend the response due date from 23 September 2024 to 24 September 2024.

The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued Solicitation FA469024Q0074, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the 89th ATKS Carpet and Flooring Replacement requirement. See Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW) for more information.

This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238330 with a size standard of $19M. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation FA469024Q0074, Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW), and Attachment 2 - Map.

All questions and comments on this solicitation must be submitted in writing to jayna.clements@us.af.mil no later than 19 September 2024 by 12:00pm MDT. Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line: “FA469024Q0074 – Solicitation – Carpet and Flooring”. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov.

All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Vendor quotes and all items required are listed within 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, and are due to be submitted not later than 23 September 2024 by 3:00pm MDT to jayna.clements@us.af.mil.

Please title all submissions with the following subject line: “Quote FA469024Q0074 – Solicitation - Carpet and Flooring” Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement.
