This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, for the procurement of one transformer in accordance with Attachment 1 – Salient Characteristics and Attachment 2 - EAFB_TRansformer_Questions+Answers This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside; The contractor must be registered with System for Award Management also known as SAM to be eligible for contact award or payment from any DOD activity.

Information on registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained via the Internet at http://www.SAM.gov or by calling 1-866-606-8220. The proposed acquisition is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirements type contract for the delivery of a new or refurbished 112.5kVA, 3 phase, 12,470V/7,200V x 120V/208V Transformer using FAR Part 13 and FAR 19 contracting procedures.

The Contractor shall provide the transformer to Air Force Global Strike Command, Ellsworth Air Force Base (EAFB), Rapid City, South Dakota (SD) site that meets the following specifications:

Program Requirements: Delivery located at Ellsworth AFB, SD 57706 The Contractor shall meet or exceed the minimum standards in their quote. Contractor tasks include only delivery. All quote submissions are due no later than 4:00 pm on 6 August 24 and should be sent to Grant Travis at grant.travis@us.af.mil.
