This is for the purchase of one225kVA, 3 phase, 12,470V/7,200V x 120V/208V Transformer.

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside; The contractor must be registered with System for Award Management also known as SAM to be eligible for contact award or payment from any DOD activity. Information on registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained via the Internet at http://www.SAM.gov or by calling 1-866-606-8220.

The proposed acquisition is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirements type contract for the delivery of a 225kVA, 3 phase, 12,470V/7,200V x 120V/208V Transformer using FAR Part 13 and FAR 19 contracting procedures. The Contractor shall provide the transformer to Air Force Global Strike Command, Ellsworth Air Force Base (EAFB), Rapid City, South Dakota (SD) site that meets the following specifications:

Program Requirements: Noun – 53243789789 Transformer Application – Delivery located at Ellsworth AFB, SD 57706 NAICS – 335311 The Contractor shall provide the minimum standards in their quote. Contractor tasks include only delivery. All questions are to be sumbitted to Grant Travis at grant.travis@us.af.mil no later than 2 Apr 24. All quote submissions are due no later than 12:00 Noon on 12 Apr 24 and should be sent to Grant Travis at grant.travis@us.af.mil.
