Tent Rentals (Beale AFB, CA. Airshow 2025)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. FA468625Q0022 is issued as an RFQ.

3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 4. This will be solicited as a Set-Aside Status: 100% Small Business set-aside, with an associated NAICS code 424720 Petroleum and Petroleum Products Merchant Wholesalers (except Bulk Stations and Terminals) and a small business size standard number of employees of 200. 5. A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are as follows.

6. The offeror shall provide delivery and pick-up of rental tents and set-up/ tear-down services for only a large Distinguished Visitor (DV) tent (Attachment 1- Proposed DV Tent Layout) for the execution of the 2025 Beale Air & Space Expo, Legacy of Reconnaissance Air Show, and adhere to the standards in this Statement of Work (SOW). The Air Show 2025 will take place on 7 – 8 June 2025 and the tents will need to be in place 6 June 2025 at Beale AFB, California.

The offeror shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, lodging, and transportation to and from the location required to accomplish this work unless otherwise stated herein.

7. Place of Contract Performance:

Beale AFB, CA Period of Performance: 1 June – 9 June 2025. 8. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. 9. A statement regarding the applicability of the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Reference Attachment 1 - FA468625Q0022.

10. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. 11. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. 12. Technical, and Price Volumes shall be submitted via e-mail to the point of contacts listed below by the due date Wedensday 14 April 2025 @ 4:30 PM PST. Late proposals will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f), "Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers." It is the offeror’s responsibility to confirm receipt of all submissions.
