E-4B Mission Planning Software

THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to procure mission planning software and dispatch support services for the fleet of four (4) E-4B aircraft on Offutt AFB, NE. The requesting unit requires all interested and potential vendors to meet all system requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

It it also important for mission continuity of the requesting unit that potential vendors are to be familiar with the E-4B aircraft in terms of (but not limited to) weather requirements, fuel policies, aerial refueling, crew duty limitations, and sensitivity of passengers. Vendors shall comply with FAR 52.219-14 Limitations of Subcontracting in order to be considered a capable vendor for this requirement. If your entity can provide the software and dispatch support services being requested (must be IAW SOW), please provide an email response to the listed POC that includes:

- Entity Name (with CAGE/UEI) - Business Size (Large, Small + socioeconomic categories (if any)) - Capabilities Statement (must be capable of fulfilling requirement) - Past Performance (mission planning and services for E-4B or likewise aircraft)
