Synopsis/Notice of Intent The government intends to solicit proposals for the Project SGBP 23-0033, Demolish O’Malley Inn, B436. This requirement will be for design and demolition services for the demolition of building 436, the O'Malley Inn with associated structures and restore the site.

The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, AE services, and DB services necessary for design and execution of the demolition of building 436, the O'Malley Inn and other specific tasks as further defined by the SOW at the time of solicitation. Both design and construction services are part of this project. This notice is not a request for proposal. Please do not send proposals in response to this synopsis.
