Table and Chair Rental for Airshow

The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to rent tables and chairs for the 2024 "Defenders of Freeedom" Airshow held at Offutt AFB, Nebraska.

The requiring activity is requesting the following items and quanties: 8 ft Rectangular Table (Qty 86) 6 ft Rectangular Folding Table (Qty 30) 5 ft Round Tables (Qty 25) Standing Cocktail Tables (Qty 10) Folding Chairs (Qty 1800) Folding Chairs with Cusion (Qty 550) 8 ft Round Tables (Qty 35) Requiring activity requests that all items be delivered no later than 8:00 a.m. CDT, 22 August 2024, and picked up between 8:00 pm CDT, 25 August 2024 and 12:00 p.m. CDT, 26 August 2024. NOTE: Please also identify in your eamil if you are able to rent out 150 qt Ice Chest Coolers (Qty 15). We are trying to determine whether we can add coolers to this requirement, or make it separate.
