Golf Cart Rental for the Offutt AFB Airshow

Amendment 01 Offutt AFB needs a total of 70 golf carts The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), NE, is seeking sources that can provide all personnel, supervision, and other items to provide rental Golf Carts (as annotated below) for the 2024 Offutt AFB Air Show. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this SOW. Due to a large influx of equipment being shipped to base on the 22nd of August, delivery of the golf carts needs to be split between the 22nd and 23rd of August.

A total of 37 carts are required on the 22nd and a total of 33 carts are required the next day (see SOW for a breakout of the required golf carts. If your entity is only capable of providing a partial quote for the carts, you may still provide pricing. All pricing received will be evaluated. This solicitation may result in multiple awards, depending on what is most advantageous to the Government. Offerors are required to submit one quote for the alloted amount of golf carts requested for the period of performance. Quote/offers are due to the listed points of contact by 14:00 p.m. CDT, 09 August 2024.
