2026 Offutt AFB Air Show - Event Tent Rentals

16 June 2026: Contractor will be able to perform installation into the overnight hours between 6 August and 7 August if needed, provided that the contract coordinates with air show personnel.

8 June 2026 - Solicitation Amendment FA460026Q00500001: The purpose of this amendment is to update the Statement of Work to reflect better language of the delivery, set-up, and tear down schedule. Offeror due date extended 48 hours.

The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to rent event tents for use at the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. The Government requires the rental of:

One (1) 40ft x 80ft tent - will serve as our command tent (GRASS) One (1) 40ft x 75ft tent - will serve as our STEM tent (GRASS) Three (3) 15ft x 30ft tent - will serve as our security tents (CONCRETE) One (1) 40ft x 135ft tent - will serve as FSS Sponsor tent (Grass) In addition to the tents, the contractor will be responsible for providing weight ballasts (concrete or water) for all tents placed on the concrete.

For all tents placed on grass, the contractor will be responsible for proving anchors and the coordination of a dig permit with the Offutt Air Show Office and 55th Civil Engineering Squadron. All tents shall be delivered, set-up, and torn-down acording to the timelines specified in the Statement of Work. Additional information on this requirement can be found in the Statement of Work.
