The 55 CES at Offutt AFB, NE is looking to purchase and replace a new lift station pump and motor. The characteristics will be in accordance with the following:

The new pump and motor shall be submersible sewage type rated at 460/230V, 3ph, 60 Hz, at 32.3/64.6 Amp, 1777 rpm, and 25 hp. The new unit shall be rated NEMA L, with a motor rating of NEMA B, MG1, and IEC 60034-30 efficiency. Motor insulation shall be class H. The unit shall have a closed loop cooling system filled with a non-toxic glycol/water mixture. The new pump shall have a discharge outlet of 6", a max flow of 151 gpm at 105' head, and shall weigh no greater than 940 lbs.

The Contractor shall not be installing the new equipment. The Contractor shall provide at least a 1-year warranty on all new materials. *Please refer to Statement of Need (SON) for additional specification requirements*
