Sauna Demolition and New Installation

Center requests to replace the two existing broken and outdated saunas in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms, and includes, but is not limited to the labor and materials to provide two full sauna demolitions and rebuilds including the equipment necessary for the haul away. Saunas are not attached to the facility walls. Requiring two saunas worth of sauna rebuild materials including but not limited to sauna wall cladding, vapor barriers, benches, heaters, heater controllers, and sauna accessories.

Clarifications/Exclusions: Manufacturer's standard warranty applies. Warranties beyond the manufacturers standard are specifically excluded.
