PNQS 23-0379 Connect Fire Mains Bldgs. 849 & 1143, MAFB & Gunter Annex

The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), AL 36112 will issue a written Request for Proposal for the furnishing of all plant, labor, materials, and equipment required to perform all work in connection with Project Number PNQS 23-0379 Connect Fire Mains Bldgs. 849 & 1143, Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex listed in the attached Specifications and Drawings.

This will be a firmfixed-price competitive definitive contract with a magnitude between $25,000 and $100,000 IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204 - Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects. This solicitation will be issued as a 100%/Total small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)

Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size-standard of $19M. The solicitation will be made available on the System for Award (SAM) website at http:// www.sam.gov, on or about 08 March 2024, a projected site visit scheduled on or about 13 March 2024, a projected submission deadline on or about 29 March 2024, and an anticipated project completion date of 120 days after the government issues the notice to proceed. Paper copies will not be made available.

There will be no amount charged for solicitation documents and respondents will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in responding to the official solicitation. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. It is the responsibility of each offeror to ensure that NAICS 238220 is added to your company's SAM registration.

2. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a Commercial and Government Entity code and a Unique Entity Identifier.

3. All offerors responding to the solicitation must be registered and active in the SAM database. Vendors not registered in the SAM database are ineligible for award.
