This solicitation will be issued as a 100%/Total small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size-standard of $19M. The solicitation will be made available on the System for Award (SAM) website at http:// www.sam.gov, on or about 08 March 2024, a projected site visit scheduled on or about 13 March 2024, a projected submission deadline on or about 29 March 2024, and an anticipated project completion date of 120 days after the government issues the notice to proceed. Paper copies will not be made available. There will be no amount charged for solicitation documents and respondents will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in responding to the official solicitation.
