The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 423910, and Product Service Code (PSC) is 7830. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 500 employees. This requirement will be purchased in accordance with FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. This Request for Quote is set aside 100% for small business concerns.

Quotes will be evaluated using the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Method. Include delivery and installation in accordance with the list of materials. Quoted equipment not to exceed dimensions listed. 120v for all equipment. Arcade games should be free-to-play/not coin operated.
