Radio Fire Alarm IDIQ - Hanscom AFB

This Solicitation is for the new Radio Fire Alarm System (RFA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity IDIQ contract at Hanscom AFB. All work will be done IAW the Base RFA IDIQ SOW dated July 2023, which is included in the attachments section of this posting. The work to be performed is under North American Classification System (NAICS) 238210 with the size standard of $19M and the magnitude of construction for this effort between $5,000,000.00 - $10,000,000.00.

The minimum order guarantee on this contract is $2,500. No individual Task Order will exceed $5,000,000. This will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The general scope of the prospective Contract is for Contractors to provide all management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and required design services to install and commission a complete radio fire alarm equipment throughout the entirety of Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB), MA.

The Government intends to establish one (1) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Radio Fire Alarm requirements. Requirements of this contract shall be achieved through the implementation of Task Orders issued under the terms of the IDIQ contract for all of the herein described tasks or additional tasks described in specific Task Orders.

Contractor offers will be evaluated utilizing a Price-based evaluation, use of price as the only evaluation factor is the most advantageous approach to the government. BID OPENING: Bid opening shall take place in Building 1604 at Hanscom AFB, MA in the 2nd floor conference room on 12 August 2024 at 2:00 PM EST. Contractors will be permitted to attend the Bid Opening; All bidders must have or acquire the proper access to Hanscom AFB prior to the date of the Bid Opening session set forth above if they plan to attend the public bid opening in Bldg. 1604. If bidder does not already have proper access, bidder must submit in writing, via e-mail, the firm’s name, address, point of contact, telephone number, and number of personnel planning to attend to the following no later than 6 August 2024.
