Sole Source - Alerton Software Upgrade

Ammendment 0001 to add Questions and Answer, extend response time from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm MDT, and update section L and M of the SF1449. See attachements. This is an official Sole Source Request for Quote (RFQ) Notice (FA254324Q0057) The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide a software upgrade to Alerton Compass Ascent Compass 2.1 that meets the specifications of the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The government requires the proprietary software license subscription to update their automation control system associated with their Alerton Heating, Cooling and Ventilation (HVAC) operating systems that have reached the end of their life cycle. The contractor will supply a one-year subscription following installation of software upgrade.

This upgrade will comply with UL-1981 standards that govern the Central-Station Automation Systems Certification Program and is specifically focused on the Energy Management Control System (EMCS) for the area in which this system is located. See attached SOW DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall deliver no more than 15 days after receipt of the order. Requirement shall be delivered to Buckley Space Force Base, CO 80011; delivery address will be provided upon award.
