EFFECTIVE 9/25/2024: The purpose of this amendment is to attach the most up-to-date versions of the Statement of Work, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, and Questions and Answers document. As part of an offerors submission, acknowledgement of this amendment is required. All else remains unchanged.

The 333 RCS has a requirement for accommodation for hosting the Eastern Division Annual Training Conference in Orlando, FL from 3-8 Nov 24. Contractor is to provide conference rooms and banquet facility for 380-400 attendees IAW SOW, dated 16 Jul 2024. The Government’s requirement is for a direct award to the conference venue; event planning contractors and/or caterers not otherwise affiliated with the venue are not eligible. The apparent awardee will be able to facilitate the banquet food service and conference set-up on this contemplated contract.
