EPIC Telephone System Maintenance

Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Telephone System Maintenance at Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC) 1. Introduction The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for the Telephone System Maintenance at DEA’s, El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC) to Condor Consulting Group located in 6528 Calle Placido Dr, El Paso, TX 79912. 2. Authority This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 12.102 soliciting from a single source for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).

3. Description of Requirement Item/Service:

EPIC Telephone System Maintenance Period of Performance: September 30, 2026 – September 29, 2027 4. Justification for Single Source Condor Consulting Group is the only known source capable of satisfying this requirement and has all technical knowledge and tolls required to perform the services on this system. 5. Response Instructions This is not a request for quotes, and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties may submit a capability statement for consideration by the agency.
