Description of Requirement Item/Service: EPIC Telephone System Maintenance Period of Performance: September 30, 2026 – September 29, 2027 4. Justification for Single Source Condor Consulting Group is the only known source capable of satisfying this requirement and has all technical knowledge and tolls required to perform the services on this system. 5. Response Instructions This is not a request for quotes, and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties may submit a capability statement for consideration by the agency. 6.
