14 WW IT Upgrade WDA-CLIMO Prod SAN Sources Sought

This sources sought notice is for market research purposes only. No contract award will be made based off any response to this notice. SCOPE OVERVIEW The 14 Weather Squadron WDA-CLIMO production Storage Area Network (SAN) hardware requires replacement with equipment meeting or exceeding the specification outlined in the Statement of Need (SoN). Additional service agreements, warranties, and policies are also required as listed in the SoN.

SET-ASIDE The government has not yet determined the capability of small businesses to fulfill the specifics of the requirement. Information regarding interested parties’ size statuses is requested in response to this sources sought. CONTRACT TYPE The government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) utilizing FAR part 13 procedures. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for this requirement.

MANDATORY SOURCE DETERMINATION The government has not determined if all of the requested products and services can be fulfilled on a mandatory source. Information regarding sources is requested in response to this sources sought. RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS Interested parties shall submit a response to this sources sought showing the following:

Interest Interested parties shall submit a brief statement showing their interest in a potential future contract of a similar nature and scope.
