Special Notice Synopsis: The 22nd Contracting Squadron – McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source, to only one responsible source, L&M Aircraft Parts, L.L.C. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with L&M Aircraft Parts, L.L.C, based at 7070 W Harry St, Wichita, KS 67209. This company has a fuselage with wings of a Citation 550 in stock located in Wichita, Kansas. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees.
