## Description

**Special Notice Synopsis:** The 22nd Contracting Squadron – McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source, to only one responsible source, L&M Aircraft Parts, L.L.C. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with L&M Aircraft Parts, L.L.C, based at 7070 W Harry St, Wichita, KS 67209. This company has a fuselage with wings of a Citation 550 in stock located in Wichita, Kansas. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees.

**Base Notice:** THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the 22nd Contracting Squadron via email ONLY to sugeys.allen.1@us.af.mil no later than 12 July 2024 by 4:00 PM CST. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
