This is a notice of intent to sole source a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is prescribed by FAR 13.501(a).

This is a notice of intent to sole source a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Flight Safety International Inc. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. The Government has a need for Flight Safety International Inc. to provide Simulation Currency Training to the aircrew members at Maxwell AFB.

Period of Performance: 15 July 2024 to 19 Jul 2024. Therefore, Flight Safety International. is the only known company that can satisfy the Government’s requirement. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.
