**611512– Flight Training Place of Performance:** Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, AL 36112 USA Description The 42d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole source agreement with Flight Safety International Inc. for the procurement of Simulator Currency Training: All training materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following:

Item No Description Qty CLIN 0001 MH-139 Initial Qualification Training 2 This requirement is conducted under FAR Subpart 5.101, requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to sole source a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is prescribed by FAR 13.501(a).

This is a notice of intent to sole source a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Flight Safety International Inc. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. The Government has a need for Flight Safety International Inc. to provide Simulation Currency Training to the aircrew members at Maxwell AFB.

**Period of Performance:** 15 July 2024 to 19 Jul 2024. Therefore, Flight Safety International. is the only known company that can satisfy the Government’s requirement. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.

All interested firms must respond by Thursday, 11 July 2023, 12:00 CST to Shelton Hamilton Jr. and Dinah Young-Perdue, 42d Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza S, Maxwell Air Force Base, AL 36112. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 42d Contracting Squadron will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
