Air University International Affairs: International Alumni of Distinction Seminar

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE to contract with Embassy Suites by Hilton Montgomery Hotel & Conference Center to support the 2025 Alumni of Distiction Seminar.

Brief Description of Requirement: Air University International Affairs has a requirement for a full-service conference center that provides meeting rooms with appropriate furnishing, lodging, audio-visual equipment, technical support, and light refreshments. The full-service conference center shall be located in Montgomery Alabama and within a 10-mile radius of Maxwell Air Force Base. The service requirement is for the following:

(1) one large meeting room that can support up to 75 attendees, (2) one breakout room with tables that can accommodate up to 75 attendees (3) two small meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 10 people, (4) appropriate audiovisual equipment, (5) WiFi compatibility, (6) adequate parking, (7) and available lodging for up to 45 guests. The International Alumni of Distinction Seminar is a 6-day event (13-18 April 2025) that includes arrival, seminar training days, and departure.
