JCAST Repair and Calibration IDIQ

The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska for the acquisition of maintenance, repair and calibration services for Joint Combined Aircrew System Testers (JCAST) Model 10/20.

Due to patented technology and copyrighted software, Chemring Energetic Devices, Inc., as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), is the only authorized source to perform maintenance, repair, & calibration on JCAST's that are beyond the scope of the local Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) capabilities per Technical Order 33D2-10-141-1. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

Interested organizations, who believe they can meet the requirement, may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requirement in writing to william.gentry.8@us.af.mil and zachery.pullen.1@us.af.mil by the response date stated in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
