## Description

The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska for the acquisition of maintenance, repair and calibration services for Joint Combined Aircrew System Testers (JCAST) Model 10/20.

Due to patented technology and copyrighted software, Chemring Energetic Devices, Inc., as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), is the only authorized source to perform maintenance, repair, & calibration on JCAST's that are beyond the scope of the local Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) capabilities per Technical Order 33D2-10-141-1. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

Interested organizations, who believe they can meet the requirement, may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requirement in writing to william.gentry.8@us.af.mil and zachery.pullen.1@us.af.mil by the response date stated in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this noticePlease reffer to the attached PWS for more information.
