The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-1(b) (ii). The proposed source is M.C. Dean Building Intelligence of Tysons, VA. The procurement is for One Year Maintenance Agreement with Major and Minor PM: Parts Not Included. This requirement will be from August 2024 to August 2025.
