## Description

The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-1(b) (ii). The proposed source is M.C. Dean Building Intelligence of Tysons, VA. The procurement is for One Year Maintenance Agreement with Major and Minor PM: Parts Not Included. This requirement will be from August 2024 to August 2025. The requirement will include (1) Major PM, (1) Minor PM;

**PARTS NOT INCLUDED Eaton System:** 9390-80 Model :80 S/N: ED032CAB01 (2) strings of batteries. This is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is for the maintenance agreement for onsite equipment.
