Army Financial Improvement (AFI) Program Support Services Contract – Industry Day The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Operations and Information) (ODASA-FOI) & Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Management and Comptroller) (ASA(FM&C)) are responsible for the monitoring and execution of the Army’s Accountability, Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC), and Financial Reporting programs.

Contractor support is required in the following areas: Accountability and RMIC; Program Management Support; Financial Management and Accounting Operations; Systems Support, and Financial Statement Preparation and Publication. It is expected that the preceding areas of support will be necessary throughout the ARMY, other DOD Services, and Shared Service Providers (SSP) such as Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) office locations.

The Government is contemplating a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract with a ten (10) year ordering period and with an estimated total value of $1.5 - $2 Billion. ASA(FM&C) in partnership with the Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) will host an Industry Day in support of the Army Financial Improvement (AFI) Program Support Services procurement. Advance notice of attendance is required.
