NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE DIRECT PRIMARY INTERNET/PHONE ACCESS PRODUCT SERVICE CODE: DG10 – IT AND TELECOM - NETWORK AS A SERVICE NAICS CODE: 517111 – Wired Telecommunications Carriers 1,500 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Dzilth-NA-O-Dith-Hle Health Center, 6 Road 7586, Bloomfield, NM 87413 THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS This notice is published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions.

This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition will sole source the Internet Services to SACRED WIND COMMUNICATIONS, INC. The location is at the Dzilth-NA-O-Dith-Hle Health Center, 6 Road 7586, Bloomfield, NM 87413, which is considered a rural area.

The Government’s requirement will only accept Internet Services that can be provided by vendors who can provide internet service in and around the Navajo Nation, a 27,400 square mile area. The need is to provide primary internet/phone access between Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC) and Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 517111 – Wired Telecommunications Carriers 1,500. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.

A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.

If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
