This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition will sole source the Internet Services to SACRED WIND COMMUNICATIONS, INC. The location is at the Dzilth-NA-O-Dith-Hle Health Center, 6 Road 7586, Bloomfield, NM 87413, which is considered a rural area. The Government’s requirement will only accept Internet Services that can be provided by vendors who can provide internet service in and around the Navajo Nation, a 27,400 square mile area. The need is to provide primary internet/phone access between Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC) and Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 517111 – Wired Telecommunications Carriers 1,500. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.
