NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Southwest Boiler and Refrigeration LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Urgent request to install a 100-gallon Commercial ASME LP Gas Water Heater in the Boiler/Mechanical Room at Baca/Dlo' Ay Azhi Community School.
