NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Trane U.S. Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Urgent request to troubleshooting and Diagnostics of Heat Pump and roof-top Heat Recovery Units (HRUs) at Pueblo Pintado Community School.

The contractor Trane has services the TRAN HVAC unit as a sole Proprietor. The anticipated delivery is February 27, 2026.
