NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Trane U.S. Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Urgent request to replace electrical heaters and elements that are malfunctioning on the Chiller Unit in Bldg. 1739 at Wingate High Sch.

The contractor Trane has services the TRAN HVAC unit as a sole Proprietor. The anticipated delivery is August 29, 2024.
