NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Empower Educational Consulting under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

BIE Bread Springs Day School has a requirement for Empower Educational Consulting for teacher to provide professional development training and workshops based upon its Empower Educational Consulting’s copyrighted educational material. The anticipated delivery date will be May 30, 2025. Empower Educational Consulting has issued a single source letter indicating that there are no authorized providers of this brand-specific requirement.
