This decision is based on market research resulting from Request for Information/Sources Sought: DJA-24-AHDQ-N-0004. See attached “List of Criteria” only Whooster demonstrated the ability to meet. The anticipated period of performance is a base year with four (4) option years.

A formal combined synopsis/solicitation will not occur. All solicitation communication will occur directly with the proposed contractor.

This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 — Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 — Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Total anticipated dollar value is $2,785,854.11. The notice of award and the written sole source justification will be posted after award.
