## Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for a Real-Time, Telephone Subscriber Intelligence Analytical Tool.

**V7HKESYDMJQ5 CAGE:** 84ZP1 The authority used for the sole source is FAR 13.501(a) and FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This decision is based on market research resulting from Request for Information/Sources Sought: DJA-24-AHDQ-N-0004. See attached “List of Criteria” only Whooster demonstrated the ability to meet. The anticipated period of performance is a base year with four (4) option years.

Base year: 09/30/2024 – 09/29/2025 Option year 1: 09/30/2025 – 09/29/2026 Option year 2: 09/30/2026 – 09/29/2027 Option year 3: 09/30/2027 – 09/29/2028 Option year 4: 09/30/2028 – 09/29/2029 This announcement constitutes the only notification of the ATF’s intent to solicit on a sole source basis. A formal combined synopsis/solicitation will not occur. All solicitation communication will occur directly with the proposed contractor.

This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 — Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 — Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Total anticipated dollar value is $2,785,854.11. The notice of award and the written sole source justification will be posted after award.
