Provide renewal of airtime (1 year) on 66 CovertTrack Stealth V 4G trackers. Access to UNITRACK and the CovertTrack Mapping Product is also included with airtime renewal. The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source Purchase Order to CovertTrack Group, Inc., 101 Lindenwood Dr. Ste 200, Malvern, PA 19355 for the purposes of providing airtime to Houston’s inventory of Stealth V trackers.
This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 13.106-1(b)(1) For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334511. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. This notice is NOT a request for proposal. However, all capability statements received by July 23, 2024 at 2 PM EST will be considered by the Government. Any source capable of providing the CovertTrack Stealth V 4G trackers service and is interested in submitting a capabilities statement may do so electronically to Angel Barkley at angel.d.barkley@dea.gov.
