A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. This notice is NOT a request for proposal. However, all capability statements received by July 23, 2024 at 2 PM EST will be considered by the Government.
