Award a Sole Source Contract for Fingerprinting Services, Defense Health Agency

This is the Award Notice for the sole source follow-on requirement for Fingerprinting Services. A Special Notice was posted in accordance with FAR 5.201, under ID # HT0011-24-NOI-0141 on August 23, 2024, with a completed J&A Sole Source on file. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available, Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions under FAR Part 13 apply.

The contract procures all services, materials and equipment necessary for collection of fingerprints and submission to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. Services are needed in support of initial background investigations and reinvestigations for military, civilian and contractor personnel assigned to Defense Health Agency locations with in the 50 United States and US Territories.
