The Department of Energy, Energy Information Administration (EIA), intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products to S&P Global Platts for its Petroleum Industry Research Associates, Inc. (PIRA) Global Crude Oil and Petroleum Products Retainer and related services. These include:

This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to meet this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with strong and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the company’s ability to satisfy this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response.
