## Description

The Department of Energy, Energy Information Administration (EIA), intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products to S&P Global Platts for its Petroleum Industry Research Associates, Inc. (PIRA) Global Crude Oil and Petroleum Products Retainer and related services. These include:

World Oil Market Forecast DOE Weekly Analysis Current News & Analysis Global Crude Oil and Petroleum Products Annual Retainer Client Seminar World Petroleum Demand Monitor World Petroleum Product Yield Monitor U.S. Refinery Turnaround Schedules Weekly U.S. Rig Monitor Fracking Policy Monitor Oil Bulletins and OPEC Logs Global Oil Special Reports Global Political Risk Alerts Weekly Country Risk Scorecard Global Political Risk Strategy Papers and Special Reports Global Political Risk Stability Index PIRA Online The Energy Price Portal The Energy Price Portal The anticipated period of performance is a base year plus four one-year options.

This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to meet this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with strong and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the company’s ability to satisfy this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response.

If no responses that demonstrate comparable capability are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, then a sole source acquisition award will be made. Responses to this notice must be sent to Katherine.Bowen@hq.doe.gov.
