Automated Notification Recall System

NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N&NC) seeks to replace the annual maintenance and support services for its current Automated Notification and Recall System (ANRS) considering the current systems tools and technologies that make up the program are being discontinued.

The ANRS program directly supported mission sets critical for maintaining N&NC’s Command and Control (C2) effectiveness where the system was interoperable with current and planned operational C2 and SECDEF-directed Mass Notification System (MNS) roadmaps and hybrid cloud-based capabilities.

It also ensured that N&NC directorates, components, separates, and Inter-Agency Partners were able to maintain near real-time situational awareness of Homeland Defense (HD), Defense Support to Civilian Authorities (DSCA) and internal dual-command alerting and recall mission set requirements.
