The ANRS program directly supported mission sets critical for maintaining N&NC’s Command and Control (C2) effectiveness where the system was interoperable with current and planned operational C2 and SECDEF-directed Mass Notification System (MNS) roadmaps and hybrid cloud-based capabilities. It also ensured that N&NC directorates, components, separates, and Inter-Agency Partners were able to maintain near real-time situational awareness of Homeland Defense (HD), Defense Support to Civilian Authorities (DSCA) and internal dual-command alerting and recall mission set requirements.
