DFAS-IN Microfiche Scanners and Maintenance

Defense Finance and Accounting Service Indianapolis (DFAS-IN) is seeking sources for the purchase of six (6) microfiche scanners according to the specifications identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This contract will have a period of performance consisting of a one-year base period with two additional one-year option periods for maintenance and software support to keep the scanners running efficiently and effectively.

Additionally, the contract will include a two-hour response for on-site support for Military Payroll microfiche scanners. If your company is interested, please respond to the contacts listed below by submitting the Contractor Capability Survey, including estimated pricing and past performance information, and include a Capability Statement explaining in detail the magnitude of your experience in the above referenced subject matter area. Please limit capabilities statements to three pages.
