Synopsis: The Army Contracting Command (ACC) and Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) will host an industry day at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) on Wednesday 12 June 2024, from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) online via Microsoft Teams and in person at APG building 5014 room N-16 at 6696 Boothby Hill Avenue APG, MD 21005-5059.
The purpose of the industry day is to discuss the attached performance work statement (PWS) for ATC’s Scientific and Engineering requirement so ACC and ATC can grasp a deeper understanding of industry capabilities. Please bring any questions and recommendations. This event is open to industry and government.
The RSVP deadline date to attend the industry day is Friday 7 June 2024. Please send questions and RSVP requests to Noah Lane (contract specialist) at noah.r.lane.civ@army.mil and Alyssa Grice (contract specialist) at alyssa.r.grice.civ@army.mil. Within your RSVP please provide attendees name or names, email, company name, cage code, phone number and if you will be attending virtually or in person. The Microsoft Teams Industry Day link with instructions will be sent to registrants on Monday 10 June 2024 no later than 2:00 PM ET. Industry Day date and time:
12 June 2024, 10:00 AM-12:00 PM ET Location: Online via Microsoft Teams and in person at Aberdeen Proving Ground in building 5014 room N-16 at 6696 Boothby Hill Avenue APG, MD 21005-5059. For those planning to join in person please plan to arrive on post early as a visitors badge will be required to access post. Please arrive early to the 715 gate the morning of the symposium and stop by the visitor center to receive a visitor pass. Post symposium information: Outstanding audience chat questions and answers with the post symposium summary will be posted on SAM.gov no later than 19 June 2024 (a recording will not be available). This announcement is in accordance with FAR 15.201 and does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals or proposal abstracts. The symposium presentation is intended to provide information to industry and government without the promise of a current or future contract.
Attendance is voluntary and is not required to propose to any potential solicitation. The government will not provide reimbursement for any costs incurred to participate in this event as a panel or audience member.
